1. Eligibility for Refunds

Post Deliver the product within 7 days**: Refunds are only accepted for products Delivered within 7 days of the original Delivered date.

Unused and in original condition**: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In original packaging**: The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable), including all accessories, tags, and manuals.


2. Non-Refundable Items


Some items are not eligible for a refund, including:


Personalized or custom items** (unless defective)

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Sale items**: Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for refunds unless defective.


3. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing the Refund**: After we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions above, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **7-10 business days**.


4. Shipping Costs


Non-refundable shipping fees**: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item you received was defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs**: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


5. Exchanges


If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We may offer you a direct exchange or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

* Provide photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it came in.

7. Cancellations
